зашёл в hlds.exe сменил порт с 2580 на 27015 в итоге:

Захожу в Counter Strike открываю консоль пишу connect dojge.ath.cx:27015 НЕЗАХОДИТ!
Захожу в Counter Strike открываю консоль пишу connect 95.72.50.20:27015 НЕЗАХОДИТ!
Захожу в Counter Strike открываю консоль пишу connect 192.168.1.2:27015 Заходит спокойно!

в чём проблема?
